Netflix 4k not working windows 11. Ultra HD 4K logo doesn't show next to TV shows and movies

 

Ask a new question. However, since last days, I noticed that it only display in p max and all the 4k icons were missing. HDR also not working. Netflix support were useless. HDR and 4k work in the Windows 10 app but not in Edge. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. Search the community and support articles Audio and video playback Microsoft Edge Search Community member.

Not sure if it is due to window update or edge update that disable that? Need help how to resolve it. Thanks, Kenny.

Method 1 to Method 3 were not working for me. Still showing p max. If it will still not work then you can also send a feedback to the dev team with regards to this one and hopefully this will be addressed on the next update. I had a window update on 10th July.

Since I had installed older version Edge and not helping, so should be be Edge I guess. I read old post that legacy Edge may help. Maybe I will try that.
